Vestara · Last updated: June 2025
This policy explains what personal information Vestara collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and the rights individuals have in relation to it. It applies to information submitted through this website and through the workshop registration process.
1. Who We Are
Vestara is an independent education provider operating retirement and pension information workshops in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Our registered address is 92 Mittraphap Road, Nai Mueang, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +66 2 916 4738.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly — when you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if included), and the content of your message.
- Information collected when you register for a session — name, contact details, and the programme you are registering for. For employer programmes, we may also collect the name and contact details of the person making the booking on behalf of an organisation.
We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payment processing is handled by the payment provider used at the point of transaction.
3. Why We Collect This Information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry or question
- To confirm your registration for a workshop session and communicate session details
- To send a reminder before your scheduled session
- To answer any follow-up questions you send after attending a session
- To manage our session schedule and maintain records of past participants for administrative purposes
We do not use your contact information for marketing purposes after a session has concluded. We do not contact past participants with offers, promotions, or referrals.
4. How Long We Retain Your Information
Enquiry records and session registration data are retained for up to three years from the date of your last contact with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. This retention period allows us to refer back to correspondence if a follow-up question relates to a past session.
Administrative records required for accounting or legal compliance are retained for the period required under applicable Thai law.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — email hosting, website hosting, or similar services that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements
- Legal obligations — if we are required to disclose information by law or in response to a valid request from a government authority
Vestara has no financial relationship with any bank, investment platform, or insurance company, and does not share participant information with such organisations.
6. Cookies and Website Data
Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for full details of which cookies are used and how to manage them.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention obligations
- Object to the use of your information for any purpose other than those described in this policy
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any event within 30 days.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Our website is served over HTTPS. Staff with access to participant information are limited to those who need it to carry out their work.
No data transmission over the internet is entirely without risk. If you have concerns about submitting personal information electronically, you are welcome to contact us by telephone instead.
9. Children
Our services are directed at working-age adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a minor, please contact us so that it can be removed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
